We interviewed two agents to sell our house in Drexel Hill, PA. Laurie was the second agent, and we knew from the beginning that she was the clear choice. Laurie and her Compass team turned what can be an incredibly stressful, emotional, and tedious selling process, simplifying to the point where it was, honestly, just about effortless. Her ability to clearly and efficiently communicate, including making herself available at all times throughout the day and in to the evening, went a long way in making us feel we were in good hands - because we were. She facilitated every single aspect of the process, from lining up contractors for the township/county-required inspections to, of course, guiding us through negotiations. From the beginning she understood our expectations and goals (timing, selling price), and exceeded on all fronts.
