Laurie Miller knows Cape Cod. Born and raised on the Cape, Laurie grew up riding her bike and swimming in the beautiful beaches of Dennis while also pulling lobster traps and fishing in Barnstable Harbor with her family. Her knowledge of the Cape is unparalleled, and she is passionate about sharing her local expertise with clients. Laurie is a second-generation Realtor who grew up in the business learning from her father, a successful real estate broker emeritus. A licensed broker for two decades, she has in recent years, dedicated all her energies to her real estate clients, along with a passion for interior design. With a keen eye and creative mind, Laurie transforms spaces, adding an immense value by making them look their best for potential buyers. All her properties are beautifully staged and sold. In this fast-paced world, communication is paramount. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will make in their lives. Laurie is highly devoted to serving her clients' needs and works diligently to help them achieve their real estate goals by utilizing market data, strong negotiation skills and diligent communication. More importantly, she will deliver the knowledge, guidance, patience and support that clients need to navigate this complex transaction successfully. Laurie also knows that organization and details matter. Before focusing her talents on Real Estate, she worked as a Program Manager in the healthcare technology industry in Boston for over 20 years. Laurie's skills include building and executing strategic plans, establishing and cultivating relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Boston University and lives on the Cape with her husband and two daughters. Outside of Real Estate, Laurie has a passion for cooking, but spending time with family and helping others are by far her greatest joys.
