We recently worked with Laurie Mangen and Sara Vix to sell our home as we were in the process of building a new one. They were both excellent to work with. Once the purchase agreement was signed, Laurie continued to work with us through the process of ensuring all of the remaining details were handled and shared communication between the buyer (via their agent) and us. It all went seamlessly. Working with Laurie allowed us to focus on the details of our new home as well as preparing for our move. Laurie was an absolute dream. She went from realtor to friend quite quickly in my life. As a first time homebuyer and recent new resident returned to USA, she spent months before I was ready to buy really preparing me and educating me on things to know. She help me build my credit And she shared great ways to save my money for down payment. She taught me lots of realtor lingo & helped me evaluate homes for their real worth and really taught me the process and prices on estimating future appliance costs and possible renovations for homes we looked at. I would pick homes that were pretty and she taught me while we were there, touring - which homes looked great and were actually great or not so much. She was very serious about her boundaries and laws for sharing regarding realtor rules. She never broke trust or gave in when I pleaded her to tell me secrets! Honestly, I am so happy with my home and everything I learned. I look forward to working with her on my next adventure, maybe a cabin on the lake.
