I began my real estate career in 2003. I was one of the the founders of the Keller Williams Market Center in Rochester. My Marketing and Sales background in a Fortune 100 company allows me the expertise to creatively market your home and negotiate contracts in your best interest. My refined negotiation techniques on the listing and buying side has led to many successful transactions. I also hold a special designation as a Senior Citizen Real Estate Specialist. I am an active volunteer in Sr. Citizen's Programs and serve on the Elder Network board. I understand the needs of the elderly and their family and friends.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I would first bring them through a 1 on 1 home buying course which will give them the knowledge as to what to expect in the process.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Remove the emotion and memories as much as possible that have been made in your home. Look at the comparables and price your home right.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Everything from first time, luxury and anywhere in between buyers. I also work with home owners so they can achieve the next chapter of their lifestyle.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently worked with a single woman going through a divorce who had never owned her own home. She was strapped for money and we worked with a lender to get her an American Dream loan. She was able to secure a loan with just $1000 out of her pocket. It was magical to see the look in her eyes when she knew the home was hers.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I always had an interest in real estate throughout my adult life. When I moved from California to Minnesota, I had the financial freedom to realize my passion full time.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
A large part of my clientele is the mature population. I teach classes at Adult Community Education on Sr. Housing Options and Downsizing.
