When looking for a property in Sand Lake the first person I headed to was Laurie. The house I was interested in was near her office, I called her and within an hour we had access and I could view the property. After talking with her and reviewing the issues with the house she convinced me to put in an offer a lot lower than I thought would fly. With the long list of issues she felt that we had every right to go in with that price and it would help offset the repair costs after the closing. While we did have to come up a little it was no wheres near what I was thinking of offering initially. She repeatedly made promises but didn't meet them and she was personally insulting and dismissive when I raised concerns or asked for better communication.
