ZillowVERIFIEDWe hired Laurie and her husband Bob to list our property in February 2020 based on Laurie's 32 years of experience selling Real Estate, as well as, her accurate knowledge of current home values in Mantua Township. After we agreed on a reasonable listing price, they got right to work establishing a marketing plan, which was greatly aided by Bob, who took excellent professional pictures of the interior and exterior of the home. Our home was then listed on February 28th and showings began on February 29th. We received an "asking price" offer one day later on March 1st, from the first couple to tour our beautiful home, which we accepted. So, Laurie sold our home in 2 days. Bob handled all external matters, by assisting us with home inspections, Mantua Township Certificate of Occupancy inspection, any needed permits and/or repairs etc. Laurie ensured the buyers were pre-qualified for a mortgage and handled all internal paperwork. Throughout the process, which included a 90 day settlement period, my wife and I were treated with absolute respect and professionalism by Bob and Laurie, who went the "extra mile" for us on many occasions.
