For anybody listing or buying if you don't choose Laurie and Vinny an awesome tag team, you are nothing but foolish. Laurie handles the sales and Vinny any of the construction type issues. That might seem harsh but let me tell you my story, My mother and I moved out of our house in March, to move to Florida, of this year and trusted Laurie and Vinny to handle everything with regards to staging, showing, lawn care and issues that came up with the inspection etc., and handle they did. Not only is she responsive, the best way I can describe her, is that she is your best friend, sister, or someone you really care about.
