Lauri was very professional with me at the same time being so very caring and understanding. I am a first time home buyer and having never been through the process, relied souly on Ms. Mcleland's expertise and listened intently and did everything she asked, ( I have text messages and emails to prove my point). She had me write out checks for home inspection, appraisal, put utilities in my name and pay deposits for them ( why would you put utilities in your name in a house you dont even own and pay DEPOSITS), even before the house was MINE... I didnt find out until afterwards that ALL OF THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED AT CLOSING AND NOT BEFORE... in case the contract fell through... well, the contract FELL THROUGH because there was a problem with the owners TITLE, so nothing I could have helped.. Now, I get ignored by her, and her boss, and left to hang out and dry without letting me know that they are standing by their word and refunding me what SHE herself put in writing that I would get back.. by the way my house is sold and now Im WITHOUT a HOME PERIOD and have to start the process all over again..... and when somebody tells you, Im not rude, Im just not southern and im a yankee, RUN... RUN>> RUN>>> RUN>>>> that is simply NOT TRUE>. rude is rude no matter geographically where you were raised....
