Lauri was a pleasure to work with during what can be a very stressful time, buying a new house. She actively looked for houses as we did. She was usually easy to reach and when she wasn't readily available she returned our calls, messages, and emails immediatley. Lauri answered our questions with competence and consideration. She was organized and not confused by our questions. She listened to the many ideas of what we wanted and paid attention to our responses to the houses we toured together. With that, she was able to help us best match our wants to what was available. Lauri worked with us both in person and long distance. While working long distance she introduced us, via the Internet, to a house that we immediately were very interested in. When we got to tour it we were happy to see that it matched our most important wants and surpassed some our expectations. That house is now our new home and we are looking forward to making it our own.

She's wonderful!!!We contacted her after many months of non-responsiveness from "The Lander Team." Wow!! What a difference in service!! Lauri is extremely professional, while at the same time, maintaining a level of friendliness and helpfulness that I thought no longer existed in America today. She is the kind of person that used to be considered the societal norm in America. Now, sadly, people like her are in the minority.From the moment we initially spoke with her, Lauri worked hard to find us the home that we wanted. And we looked at quite a few homes.
