We have had our eye on the property on campus for our oldest son and his roommates for a while. With the house we purchased was listed early in the morning it was not on our list of homes we were going to see that day, but she quickly contacted the listing agent and got us in and by the end of the evening we had an excepted offer that she had successfully submitted for us.
