John did an absolute FANTASTIC job!!!!! We were moving from Utah to Arizona and he made the process seamless! He even negotiated on our behalf and got us some killer incentives! There were so many pieces to this hectic out of state puzzle, but he ALWAYS stayed on top of everything and everyone to make things as easy as possible for us. He did thorough video tours for us, he even did our blue tape walk and made sure to hold the builder accountable in all repairs.
