She calmed our nerves when we overthought the process. Lauren priced our home reasonably and it sold in three days. During our initial meeting, she handed us a complete list of subcontracters to work on the house when needed. Each person from the painter, to the company who powerwashed the house, to the window cleaners, were punctual, professional and did an excellent job. Yet she did not ask us to make big changes to the house prior to selling. She was always extremely complimentary about the upkeep of our home.
