Lauren Rickard is an exceptional realtor start to finish. I have moved countless times during both of my careers and have dealt with many real estate agents. When we decided to sell our vacation home I immediately started conducting research in the area. It quickly became evident who would represent me. This was not an easy sale and yet she made it feel seamless for me and took the brunt of the challenges on her shoulders finding mutually agreeable solutions. Lauren Rickard is tops in her field for many reasons, but for me she was the right person, with the right qualifications to do the best job I needed her to do as my realtor. This was a crazy and wonderful journey...as all home purchases usually are...but Lauren was spectacular through it all. She is exceptionally patient and her follow up is fantastic. This is my second time working with Lauren. She is gracious, helpful and kind. This was a difficult move for me, only in that a lot of emotion went along with this sale. She was very sympathetic, and patient. I was also working remotely during most of this sale; she helped me manage everything, being my eyes and ears on site. Lovely experience all around. Can I give more than 5 stars? Despite a very challenging house hunt filled with many ups and downs Lauren was always on it! She checked and double checked everything. I was buying from out of state so I relied on her assessment of properties. To say she is patient and kind is an understatement. WHAT A PLEASURE! Her guidance on the area and what would be a good fit tor me was invaluable. She always took or returned calls and answered every question that I had. Lauren is an unbelievable communicator. She does an excellent job making sure you understand the process of buying, important deadlines and makes sure that there are no unexpected issues with the closing.
