You see, we are living in Orlando and purchasing in North Augusta and I thought that might complicate things. Well, after completing our purchase on a wonderful home, I just have to say that I, seriously, cannot image a more proficient realtor. She checks off ALL the boxes that you would want. Shes incredibly organized, stays on top of everything, is personable, and seemingly answers all emails and texts almost immediately. There was one time, for instance, where I thought of a question to ask her but it was around 11 PM. I texted her the question assuming shed see it in the morning and answer but, instead, I had her answer about 4 minutes later! My wife and I could not be happier with how she represented us in this deal. She is GREAT!
