As a first time home buyer I was lost on the process. Lauren was very patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge. She was very helpful in negotiating with the seller for improvements. I had many challenges purchasing my home due to septic and other inspections to get approved for my VA loan. Lauren was more than accommodating, Even helping with setting up appointments For me because of my work schedule. This was my 1st home so I had a lot of questions. She was always quick to answer the phone, And if she didn't have the answers she would get them and call me back the same day. I am very glad I decided to work with Lauren made the buying process very easy And highly recommend her.
