Buyers just starting the process of looking for homes should talk to a Realtor about what they need to get started. It's a process that takes a little while, but with all the right resources, you can make it a more successful and less stressful experience.

Sellers looking to sell their home should consult a Realtor. A Realtor can provide them a list of things to do throughout the process as well as a list of vendors to help them reach their goals more successfully and with less stress.

I work with a variety of clients from buyers and sellers, whether investors (on the buy and sell side), and those going through divorce or probate (loss of a loved one or guardianship).

First of all, I don't consider them "transactions", although that is the business term. I look at each transaction as a unique relationship, and I truly am fond of all of them! Every house and person is different, along with their needs and goals. I love what I do with helping each person reach their goals and helping them protect their investment.

My grandfather and uncle were brokers, and I personally bought and sold 9 homes over time for myself and really enjoyed the process. I have always enjoyed owning my own business and having strong partners and teammates working towards a common goal to serve others successfully.

I am a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and even worked for Probate Court throughout college, so I am well versed in that area and helping people with all aspects pertaining to the home (helping to gather all house documents, clean out, locksmith needs, landscape, maintenance, contractors, listing/selling house, etc.). I'm also a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce helping clients gather all documents related to the house to help them make informed decisions (much like in Probate) and to help attorneys complete their caseload. The uniqueness of this is I offer my consulting services pertaining to CPRES and RCS-D for FREE. I also have the credentials of a CADP-Certified Amicable Divorce Professional and a Pricing Strategy Advisor for assisting home sellers price correctly. I am here to help my clients decide whether they want to keep the house or sell it.
