Lauren was an amazing agent who we would not hesitate to work with again. She gave us all the help we needed, when we needed it and on point. She was very friendly and took a true interest in us personally and delivered great professional service. She was super helpful during negotiations and we felt well represented and vested. During contract she really shined when she stayed on top of everything from title, to inspections, and the usual collection of issues that arose. We are especially greatful for this as we were out of town for the first 3 weeks. We closed on time and smoothly due in no small part to Lauren. We would absolutely work with her again.

Lauren makes the buying process easy to understand and fun. It can be super stressful, but Lauren is great with communication and knowledge! If youre looking for someone who is patient, detail oriented, honest, shes ya girl!
I had pleasant experience working with Lauren and her Team! She handled all the obstacles that came up during the sale of our house professionally. Gave the best recommendation and advice on certain decisions that had to be made. Her negotiation skills are very strong. I would use Lauren and her team for my next purchase or sale of the property again in the future. You are in good hands with her!
Not recommended for sellers! We hired Lauren Johnson to help with the sale of our house. Despite bold statements of being top agent on Zillow and that she "knows how to negotiate hard on behalf of her clients," her overall negotiating skills and ability to promote her clients' interests were subpar at best. Lauren demonstrated very weird, unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. She rather advocated for potential buyers, not for us, her clients and sellers, who stand to pay her an exorbitant $15K commission upon the sale of the house. She tried to convince us to do different types of remodeling, repair, lots of extra work all at our expense in order for her to sell quicker. Lauren was not supporting our strategy of patiently waiting for an interesting and motivated buyer who truly appreciates a very desirable location of the house on a corner lot of a quiet low traffic street with total privacy and short walking distance to shops, restaurants, gyms and other great amenities. Lauren attempted to twist our hands and use different manipulation techniques ( including lying in face) in order to lower our reasonably proposed house market price. Lauren denigrated our house and its value all the time so we would cave in and allow her to significantly decrease its listing price. For almost 6 months we listened to her tirades about how our home is cheap and not worth the price we were asking for. However, other houses in the same neighborhood were sold and bought in the same price range as our house and we have proven this to Lauren many times, but she continued to be very stubborn, pretty rude, very emotional and not straight to the business. Lauren even tried to "educate" us what kind of people we should be and how we should think. Lauren was bickering with us all the time. We had to listen to Lauren's long lectures about life, our emotions, her emotions and other nonsense not related to the house selling business, besides that we are at the age of her parents and university-educated, successful people and experienced in buying/selling homes internationally. Lauren allowed herself to talk to us like we were her kids or same age buddies. We were about to terminate our listing agreement with Lauren due to her unprofessional and unethical behavior and asked her to take down our house listing in the RLMS database. While the house was off market and not advertised, an interested and motivated buyer appeared as we predicted and purchased our house for the price we were asking all this time. Even here before closing, Lauren tried to force us to fulfill all buyer's whims and wants at our expense but we were firm, did not bulge and responded with take-it-or-leave-it to all such attempts to decrease our profit. Lauren tried to "educate" that we should "cooperate" with the buyer and appease them, giving them as much credits and upgrades as they ask! Hell no! Every realtor should know that the seller and buyer are in adversary positions because one wants to sell higher and the other to buy lower. Lauren never acknowledged that our selling strategy worked in this case and her's did not. All Lauren should have done in this case is just to listen to our reasonable requests and propositions, try to satisfy them, save our and her time and make it stress free. Her $15,000 commission was worth it. Instead, we received a lot of stress only from interacting and arguing with Lauren! Because we didnt listen to her and her aEURoecompanyaEUR? and stayed our course we sold the house for a desired reasonable price. We would have lost at least 3.5% plus additional substantial amounts on buyer's credits, additional upgrades and work, if we had followed Lauren's advice. To Lauren's credit she was trying to sell really hard advertising the house on the market and applying all possible techniques.
Lauren is an outstanding realtor and the best I have had the pleasure to work with! Lauren follows through on every part of the process and keeps me notified throughout each step. Lauren explains all details in such a way that you KNOW you have the best realtor to help you buy a home. Lauren worked so hard and it is a delight to know she has your best interests as her priority and follows through on every aspect of the purchase and kept me in the loop the entire time. I have bought and sold many homes with various realtors but none have come close to what Lauren did for me as a client. Lauren was such a joy to work with! Outstanding realtor!!!
