Lauren exceeded what I could have ever dreamed possible with the sale of my first home and the purchase of my dream home! I spent over a year searching for my perfect home and worked with a few different realtors before her who did the bare minimum so to find Lauren was an absolute miracle. She did more for me in a week than past realtors did in months and I was blown away by her work ethic and dedication to making this stressful time such a wonderful experience. When repainting an old shed came up in the appraisal, Lauren literally bought the paint and came over to physically help paint as she knew how busy my work schedule was. How many realtors do you know that are willing to go the extra mile like that? Unheard of! Lauren shines in everything she does and who knew I could find someone with as much attention to detail as I have (because WOW, that's hard to beat)! Lauren, I was put in touch with you through zillow as I was interested in a property in Salem. I forwarded to you all appropriate documentation on Friday, April 9th, 2021. You informed me you would have the paperwork for me to sign Friday night or by Saturday morning, the 10th of April, 2021. I waited until past 3pm to hear from you when I initiated contact. I had been checking my email all morning and early afternoon long. This is when you informed me via phone conversation that you never did the paperwork. And you decided to offer me advice since I don't have the funds readily available to cover closing costs, despite having used a VA loan twice in the past to purchase homes and the sellers covered closing costs. I understand how the market is challenging for somebody in my predicaments, however, you offer me advice instead of looking out for my interests from which you're supposed to speaks volumes. You NOT doing the paperwork for the home on which I wanted to put in an offer and instead ignore me until I initiate contact with you also speaks volumes. I'm sorry I'm not a cash loaded, readily available client,A every real estate agent's dream, I get it. I'm just a disabled veteran trying to find a place and I realize I can't get any reliance from you despite I'm both older than you and have been through the housing purchase process via VA twice already. What I wanted from you was what you're supposed to do, look out for my interests. You could have easily text me and or called me to say 'hey, i really don't think you have a chance', and I'd respect that but instead you did jack crap. (I'm posting this review just after an email with the same verbatim text here is sent to Lauren).
