ZillowVERIFIEDLauren should not be trusted by any means. We hired her to sell our home and she consistently lied regarding the value of our home and interested buyers. In retrospect she only wanted to make a quick sale having clients who only wanted to flip our home although she told us how much they loved it and wanted to live there and in our community. She pressured us to accept their offer immediately while having knowledge that higher offers may be coming and withheld that information from us. Several better offers came in but she had started escrow within hours of receiving our commitment to insure her dual commission. She is now the selling agent for the flip receiving even more commission from her investor/clients. We will be reporting her and the brokerage to the CA real estate commission among other agencies.
