Lauren Fredrickson

Born and raised in Colorado, I developed a passion early on for Colorado's abundant outdoor activities. In search of a lifestyle conducive to enjoying these outdoor activities, I turned to a career in the service industry at my local ski area. I worked my way from line cook/culinary apprentice to Senior General Manager and built a reputation on honesty, integrity & strong communication. I was recognized for my innovative thinking, problem solving and elevated guest service standards. My position here was rewarding, however quite stressful and left me little free time to enjoy Colorado and what I love doing. After 16 years here, I left my corporate job and relocated to the gorgeous NW corner of the state. I continued to work in the service industry and found a new enjoyment helping happy couples plan (and execute) their dream weddings. Even though I enjoyed being a part of these pivotal life moments, I still felt too busy to enjoy Colorado. So, I relocated once again, this time to Pagosa Springs. I immediately fell in love. It was here that I finally found the laid-back mountain lifestyle I'd always wanted! I changed careers and my priorities. Akira (my Siberian husky) and I prioritized spending our time enjoying life outdoors, with friends and family every chance we get. Passion & integrity continue to play a role in all I do, in 2022 I made PSAAR history by simultaneously being recognized with the "Rookie of the Year" and the "Realtor Spirit" awards. In 2023, I was elected to the Board of Directors for the Pagosa Springs Area Association of Realtors (PSAAR) and still serve on that board today. My 20+ years of experience in the service industry equipped me with the skills needed to help buyers and sellers navigate through the fun and challenging aspects of real estate.
