We worked with Lauren to sell our house and buy another, and we cant say enough good things!! She had great recommendations of how to stage our place, her knowledge of the Holliston market is invaluable- she knew exactly how to price our house to get multiple offers the first weekend it went on. I like to think we got lucky, but it really was based on her knowledge of the other houses currently on the market and what buyers are looking for, the pricing was spot on. She then walked us through a very long and difficult process of buying another house with multiple tough negotiations with the seller. She also acted as my therapist and talked me off the ledge a few times lol! Buying a house and moving is very stressful and we could not have done this without her help. We are so thankful everyday in our new place that she helped make this dream house a reality for us! I highly recommend Lauren Davis.
