It was amazing to find a realtor who knew the area very well, and had me do things I needed to do to upgrade my house accordingly for sale. Laurel was there supporting me every step of the way during the very difficult and stressful sale of my condo that was contingent on the buyer's sale of their house, which was delayed. In addition, the buyer's agent made things very difficult by refusing to relay messages.
