I am an investor who bought 4 houses to rent in San Tan Valley. I was able to do this from 3 states away without having to come to Arizona, with Laurel's help. I had started with another realtor, who, while friendly at first, wanted assurance that I wasn't wasting his time. Laurel gave me internet access to peruse listings and when I found something in which I was interested, she would cheerfully videotape a tour of the house for me. She is genuinely friendly and easy to work with, and presented my offers quickly in what was a very competitive market. She got the job done.
