The sale started with a cash buyer with a firm offer beforethe home went on the market. Several external circumstances delayedescrow, and 4 days before close, the buyer was forced to withdraw forpersonal reasons. Lauralee then had to get all the necessary paperworkready to put the home on the market. The estate sale was delayed,winter weather and power outages intervened. We moved out of state in the middle of packing due to an immediate wildfire evacuation order, and she had to do her job plus handle many clean up and preparation details which should have been handled by us, the sellers.
