Laura was extremely helpful to my husband and I in helping us find our dream vacation home in Maine. We instantly liked her and felt comfortable with her when we met her. Laura was amazing in her role. A She was very diligent and methodical with the sale of the home. A She arrived the first day for a walk through with multiple comp. listings and before she left on that day we had a plan for the staging of the house, the listing, and minor repairs that would make everything go smoothly. A During the process of receiving bids, she never once said yes or no. A She would only refer to our conversations and what the highs and lows of the multiple offers that were presented. A The choices were always ours to make with no pressure, but with helpful guidance on the different nuances presented with each of offers. A She made sure that there were no unanswered questions at any point in the process, right up until the night prior to the close. A In the end we were able to close quickly and with receiving the asking price. A On top of all of this, she was in contact with my mother who's house we were selling and keeping her informed. A This was paramount for anyone that is helping with the transition of their parents into senior living. A My wife and I plan on using Laura when we our selling our own home within the next year!
