As a 30-year resident of Montgomery County, I offer an in-depth understanding of the county and its wonderful communities. Other counties I offer assistance include Howard, Prince George's, Frederic, and Anne Arundel counties. Originally from Southern California, I moved to Washington, DC, to attend American University. Prior to residential real estate, my focus was on finance (Series 7 ) and investment sales in commercial real estate. In the past decade, I shifted focus to new home construction and residential real estate. Prior experience in finance and negotiations, combined with recent experience in home construction/rehab, proves to be a valued skill set in residential real estate. My clients are like family to me. Many of my clients are experiencing major transitions in their lives. Moving states, downsizing, empty-nesters, and my first-time homebuyers Helping them with the transition is what I love to do! I am a proud Navy wife! I have one son and three dogs! I miss long walks on the beach and my LA Dodgers, but I consider the Mid-Atlantic home.
