We had previously worked with a handful of realtors over the years and had less than pleasant experiences. So, when we started working with Laura, we were a bit skeptical. Though our reaction was natural, we neednt have worried because Laura really is the best. She earned our trust in no time as she is professional, knows her business and, best of all, really, really hears you. We had been in our starter home for 10 years and were ready to move up to our forever home. My husband and I each had ideas about what we each wanted (lots of them conflicting) and no real idea of how to mesh them to find what we wanted and need in the market. It took 6 months and lots and lots of houses, but we finally found the one and absolutely love it. When it came time, she helped us negotiate through some sticking points with the sellers and stood up for us when they were either impatient or had demands that were not reasonable nor in our best interest. In addition, she also helped us to sell our home and made the paper work processes for both quick and painless (as quick and painless as possible). Work with Laura, you wont be disappointed. She is a professional and truly strives to help her customers find the right home. You wont find anyone better in Indy.

If you are buying or selling a home, you definitely should consider working with Laura. My hubby and I have worked with other realtors in the past and those experiences left us disappointed. Not only is she exceptionally nice and found ways to connect with our entire family - even our little one - but, she is very knowledgable about Indy and all of the areas we were interested in (north, south and west sides of Indy).
