About Laura Nettles

As a lifetime native of Lake City/Columbia County I have worked in the local government public service area for the past 34 years, with 30 of those years in the Building & Zoning Department. I retired from the City of Lake City as Community Development Administrator. What a blessing to contribute to the growth and development of my hometown that I dearly love. I have served on the Community Redevelopment Advisory Committee, Crimestoppers of Columbia County, served as a Trustee of Lake City Pension Board and as the vice chairman of the Local Mitigation Strategy Committee which prepares the County and City for natural disasters and FEMA disaster assistance. My goal is to utilize my lifetime of experience & knowledge to accommodate my client's needs and provide the very BEST service possible. So don't make another move without me. Laura has been everything you would want when it come to selling or buying land or home. She is very respectful, responsible and doesnt give you the run around. she is very knowledgeable in what she does. Laura is very nice and Polite. Helps in any way she can. For my mother she went above and beyond our expectations. She has been so caring about what my 71 yr old mother wanted. she Sold my mothers two lots and also her mobile home in about a month time. I called Laura about one house that wasn't available but she suggested a different house. She showed it to us that day and we made an offer immediately. Great at keeping us in the loop.
