Laura had her hands full with us. Being first time home buyers, we had many questions and an exponential learning curve. Laura was welcoming and approachable; she has an abundance of local knowledge, and expertise in everything from what to look for in assessing and buying a home to the offer and closing processes. She spent over half a year with us, showed us over 20 different homes in many different neighborhoods near and far, did hours of research and provided information on homes we were interested in, conducted a few virtual home walk throughs (when we were physically unavailable), and helped us with three different offers and the final closing on our first home. She maintained her patience with us when we would change our criteria or ?must haves? in our first home. Laura Moline was OUTSTANDING!!! After health issues my mother moved to Oregon for treatment. That took a year and then COVID hit. After not being able to do anything in Gardnerville and her purchasing a home in Oregon it was time to sell. Laura took the bull by the horns and helped me coordinate with an estate sales person. My mom and I took 1 trip to Gardnerville and met Laura face to face. In that meeting we decided she was the right person for us. Long story short, the house went pending in one day and we liquidated everything with the estate sale.
