She also is very responsive and communications are clear. On top of all of that, Laura gifted us a house cleaning service that she scheduled to be completed immediately after our closing. Wow! Laura was my assigned realtor when I found a house I loved on Realtor.com and asked for more information. She made an appointment with us promptly that day for me and my husband to take a look. She made me feel comfortable immediately that she was kind and professional and gave her expert opinion right away that the house maybe over priced and we should even put in a lower offer, even in this market! We took her advise and they accepted our offer but asked if we would like the driveway paved which we did. So we got the perfect house of our dreams with a new paved driveway all under list in 2022! She made the entire purchasing project so easy, answered our questions promptly and professionally. She recommended an excellent home and well inspector that made me feel very comfortable with the purchase of our home as they thoroughly looked at and explained everything to me in detail. They scheduled the inspections within a couple days and were also affordable.Now that we have moved in she will be listing our house and trust that she will take good care of the sale.I felt like I was working with a close friend because she really cares and has a fun upbeat personality. I highly recommend working with Laura she is a fantastic realtor that you can tell right away has the experience and knowledge to advocate for you whether it be your starter home or a high end luxury home.

Laura is an amazing realtor! She is very direct and truthful. When looking at houses she told us whether or not the house is worth the price or not. She would say whether or not she would personally live in the house. I loved that she was so truthful. Never once did we feel like we were rushed into buying a house. And when it came to the right house Laura made sure that we were to get it. Laura did not sell our house, we moved from out of town, but she was there for us for questions that we had that our other realtor was vague about. I would 100% recommend Laura for anyone who is looking for a house in the NE Ohio area!
