From the very first phone call, she was quick to answer any and all questions I had concerning the process. It has been almost 30 years since I've been house hunting, so the whole VA Mortgage deal was new. She showed us any house we wanted, and helped us negotiate a price $9000 below asking price and $5k towards closing. She stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process, and constantly advised me of the next step to come. Offer to Close was approx 34 days. I would recommend Laura to ANYONE, 8 days a week! She is awesome, and we are so thankful we chose her as our Realtor!

She provided excellent and detailed guidance about preparing it for market, dropped in at times to check on work being done at the house (since I am not local), recommended and arranged for last-minute repairs just prior to the sale, did a great job of staging the house and preparing on-line information, provided helpful guidance during initial pricing and contract negotiation, facilitated all steps of paperwork, and helped with information and utility transfer to the new owners. ZillowVERIFIEDI contacted Laura Lycan about the purchase of the house 116 Oxyford lane. She made all the arrangements and much to every one'ssurprise my wife and I closed in about 2 1/2 weeks. People I know could not believe that the processing went so fast. This was a foreclousure with the government involved.
