ZillowVERIFIEDLJ sold our home for us and we were very happy with her and the whole experience. At the beginning she came over to our house, looked at the property, and explained everything to us in detail. We told her it was our first time selling a home so she made sure to be extra informative and always asked if we had questions. When it was time for pictures she came over with a professional camera and took great pictures of our house/yard. If we would think of a question or needed anything throughout the whole process we would text her and she would answer promptly. After a week of our house being on the market, we received an offer, LJ gave us her professional opinions on it for our situation, she negotiated a counter-offer for us, and the buyer's agreed to the revised terms. All went smoothly and was not stressful at all for us. Would definitely recommend LJ and will use her again if we need agent services in the future!
