Both ladies are local to our area who possess expertise in our market and that, in addition to, their frank and friendly manner lead us to sign with them. From my initial interaction I knew Laura and Kate from the Kraker-Furia Team were godsend. Their charisma and energy is like non other, they were a match from the get-go. We were looking for a home in this crazy market and within a day had multiple showings scheduled. These wonderful ladies were always available and would be flexible to our schedule. During the showings they were very analytical in giving pros and cons of a particular home which was great. Throughout the whole process they treated us like family and even still treat us as such. They were on top of putting in offers and when one was finally accepted, helped us through the next steps. When our initial lender was getting us nowhere they were quick at helping us resolve. Although it was a long process, Laura and Kate were always there to make us feel sane and made the transaction smooth as butter. When we finally closed (which was in a middle of a winter storm), they were not the typical realtors who collect their commission and vanish, no - thats not Laura and Kate. They showed up at the new home when we took possession to wish us luck and even took the time to go through the neighborhood and collect signatures from neighbors welcoming us to the block.
