Our journey to purchase a home in Colorado with Laura began while we were still living in Missouri. I happened to meet Laura though a FaceBook Group & after just a few phone conversations, we knew she was the one we needed to represent us. She understood exactly what we needed in our new home, what my style was, our budget, & the circumstances surrounding our timeline for moving. She represented us at many meetings with various builders, sent us live video showings of houses on the market, contacted listing agents & guiding us with strategically making offers that we were comfortable with. We ultimately ended up in the process of building a new home, where Laura sent us weekly video updates & maintained constant communication with the builder, expressing our requests & concerns. After finally arriving in Colorado, the concerns with the new build became extremely frustrating & we began exploring listings on the market again. With her backing & complete support we terminated the contract with the builder & placed an offer a home that was perfect for us. Laura never gave up on finding us exactly what we wanted, she had our back when we needed it, & she cared for us throughout the process & after closing; becoming a very good friend to our family. We could have never done this process without her & we would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Mrs. Janszen is one of the nicest and most honest realtors I have ever met. She did an incredible job monitoring the market and recommending properties that matched what we were looking for. The market was very competitive, so it took us several days of viewing/visiting properties, and multiple offer submissions, before one was finally accepted. Mrs. Janszen always had a positive yet realistic attitude, gave plenty of good honest advice, and put in many hours to earn this review. I will definitely being going back to her for all of my realtor needs. I was tired of the realtors that try to push EVERY property you see, just to make a sell, or can't justify the commission they collect, or even BRAG about how much money they make (I had one guy show me pictures of the house he bought after making his "first million" - I didn't talk with him very long). Mrs. Janszen was more like a friend trying to help me find the right property for the right price, and I NEVER felt any pressure about the time it took or the expense. I knew she was there to help me.
