A Little About Me! I have lived in Indiana for more than 30 years and am proud to call it home! I was born in Michigan, spent my elementary years in Scottsdale, Arizona and made a brief stop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, before my family settled back down. I graduated from Arizona State with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. My minors were Economics and Spanish. I met my husband John at the end of college and in 1991, after living in Chicago, we settled down in Zionsville, Indiana. John started working for Eli Lily & Company and I worked in medical (operating room) sales. When our third child AnnCatherine was born, I stepped back and was home full time. In 2004 I decided it was time to go back to work; this is when I made my move to real estate. John and I are proud parents of four living children. Our oldest, Tim, is a graduate of the University of Georgia. Our oldest daughter Lillie graduated from Mizzou and earned her law degree at Syracuse University. Our daughter AnnCatherine is a graduate of George Mason University. She has Down Syndrome and it's our delight to watch her reach her goals and dreams. Our youngest, Mari, is a student at the University of Georgia. I am fluent in Spanish and love the Latino culture. Many Latino threads have been woven throughout my life. Not only am I fluent in Spanish, but I can speak just enough French to be dangerous! Indiana is my home and I am proud to call it that! Why did I choose a career in real estate? I chose real estate because it is a privilege to help people reach their goal in what is the single, largest financial transaction that most people undertake. It takes expert negotiation, finesse, sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the local market. I enjoy being an expert in these abilities and using my talents to help others reach their goals.
