If you are looking for a fantastic real estate agent, then Laura is the one for you! We hired Laura to list and sell our rental property last year. Timing was of the essence because we needed to sell fast or we faced a pretty large capital gains tax. She was able to get the home ready to list quickly and got us the number that we were looking for. She has a professional photographer who took amazing pictures and I think really helped us get a lot of interest in the house. She even came over and helped us paint the backyard patio!
