5 stars really doesn't do Laura justice, as she went above and beyond on so many levels. I had to sell my aunt's house after she died. I live 1,000 miles away, and my attorney recommended Laura. After speaking to her on the phone, I knew that she was the right person to work with. She explained the local market to me and made recommendations on how to price the home to successfully sell it. The yard needed some cleanup and maintenance, and Laura found someone who could take care of that for me. When I needed someone to do some minor repairs, she had someone. She got me an amazing offer on the house and got it sold far more quickly than I ever imagined. When we got to the weekend before closing and still needed to finish clearing out the house, she was able to arrange for both a dumpster and a clean-out crew. Taking care of all of those details is challenging when you are local, but a daunting task when you live far away. Laura made the whole process as easy as selling a house could possibly be. Lightning fast responses to my questions and needs, great communication, and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. There are more details that I probably should include, but I know I personally don't read reviews that ramble on for too long... Like I said, 5 stars really isn't enough for Laura.
