We found Laura while searching the internet in 2014. We live near Rochester NY and we wanted to sell an inherited one acre "buildable" lot located on Cape Cod. Laura was quick to respond to our inquiry and after many questions and answers, we were confident in giving her the listing. We had a great offer on the first day of the listing. And then.... all HEdoubleL broke loose. Much to the surprise of us, the agents, the Town, and the Building Commissioner, the variance for our "buildable" lot had expired one year after having been granted more than 30 years prior. This was pointed out to the presumptive buyers by an adjacent neighbor. Laura helped us find an engineering firm and a great attorney to deal with the granting of a new variance while dealing with an organized neighborhood opposition. Laura re-listed the lot and it was sold. We met Laura only once when we traveled to the Cape to meet her, the newly hired attorney, the Building Commissioner, and the engineering firm. We knew right then that we had selected the right agent. She embraced the once simple turned complicated sale with a "terrier" tenacity for a "lot" listing with a relatively small commission by Cape standards. We most highly recommend Laura.
