Laura is there as a voice of reason to help you sanity check critical considerations such as structural integrity and other hidden adverse factors. We, for one, were able to avoid a property that had high potential but ended up having major foundation issues thanks to Laura's due diligence. Also, with the tight closing time windows in the local market, unexpected delays can be extremely stressful. In another case, Laura's resourcefulness helped us get through delays caused by property management of our current home and enabled us to get critical documentation in time to meet closing deadlines.We even relied on Laura and her team's excellent service after closing. When we finally determined it was time to sell the house, we spoke with eight very experienced and highly recommended realtors. All were qualified, confident and knowledgeable. But Laura Bryant was clearly a notch above. Throughout the hour-long interview she exuded integrity and intelligence. We were certain. She was the one to hire. We live 400 miles away and yet Laura assured us that wouldnt be a problem. We said we didnt want to do much to the house in terms of preparation and she gently and wisely talked us out of that.
