She was communicative and confident, and was very understanding of my position. Given I was moving from NH and couldn't view houses in person, she offered video tours and personal input on the houses we viewed. Furthermore, she is native to the Augusta area and is quite knowledgeable on the surrounding area. The house we settled on for me came on her suggestion, and she was fantastic at helping me agree on a fair price for the house with the seller. Finally, she was able to connect me with a local mortgage agent that could process VA loans, which helped streamline my mortgage process so that I was approved and ready to proceed with closing well in advance of the closing date. ZillowVERIFIEDLaura went above and beyond on all levels. We had one weekend to come to town to buy a house and she helped us see 15 houses over multiple days and we ended up getting a great house. She was very responsive during the whole process and was very knowledgeable. After we closed, she helped us to coordinate with local companies to get new carpet and paint done before we moved into town. Would recommend her to anyone.
