1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Work with a realtor! They can help guide you through the process and reduce the stress.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Declutter and then declutter some more! People need to be able to visualize themselves living in your home and it's harder for them to do so if your personal photos and momentos are still out and prominently placed.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Anyone wanting to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My favorite part of any transaction is building community and authentic relationships. Becoming friends, neighbors, and community partners with my clients definitely fills my cup!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My husband and I started buying fixer-upper homes early in our marriage and living in them while we flipped them. We have steadily been able to work our way up into the neighborhoods we want to live in with some sweat equity.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a background in fundraising and development in the non-profit sector. I know how to work with limited resources to get the goal achieved.
