About Latrice McFadden

Born in Jackson, Mississippi and raised in North Carolina, Latrice McFadden has been a licensed Realtor since 1997. Receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from UNC-Chapel Hill and her Master of Business Administration from Meredith College, Latrice prides herself on thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile for her real estate clients. An entrepreneur at heart, she and her husband established Tyco Realty & Investments Inc. in 1997. In 2020, Latrice established Make Your Move Inc. to continue the legacy of Tyco Realty and encourage people to take the first step to achieve their goals in real estate and beyond. Latrice has experience working with home buyers and sellers, short sales, HUD homes, foreclosures and educating home buyers and fellow real estate professionals. She employs a network of professionals, whose expertise supports her clients, including mortgage lenders, home inspectors, attorneys and other contributing individuals who play a vital role in the home buying and selling process. Latrice enjoys spending time with her husband & children, is the President of the Triangle Board of Realtist, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., and volunteers in the community. Latrice is a true professional. I told my friends that I needed a realtor that was knowledgeable, professional and on time. Latrice is an exceptional agent. She is very professional and courteous. She has the clients interest as a top priority and walked us through the process (ie. inspections, survey, attorney etc.). She listens to the client to find out just what theyre looking for, because sometimes we dont always know exactly what we want initially. They say patience is a virtue. If Patience was being rated she gets 5 stars. We looked at so many houses I lost count. She is very detail oriented and paid attention to particular items when going over our spreadsheet of must have items.

Latrice was very professional and knowledgeable about current lenders and best plans available when I purchased my home. She sent me several options for houses and updated them as needed due to my personal preference. She didnt seem forceful but educated regarding options. No matter how many questions I asked and some were the same questions; she made me feel comfortable with me decision.
