Nice, friendly, responsive, and experienced with the buying process. LaToya has provided some good advice and insights into the Sacramento area. She did asked the Seller to compensate me when conditions of the sale has changed. LaToya has been great in many areas. One area of improvement is to be a better guide through the negotiating process on the price.
