I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first home with LaToya. Mrs. Harris explained each step in the home buying process so that I was fully informed of real estate laws, items to research and how to evaluate the houses. The first step was connecting my family with a lending firm to discuss and prepare for the financial responsibility of home ownership. LaToya and her team were patient and listened to our "must haves" and "like to haves" and then made recommendations. We didn't waste time seeing homes that did not fit our family and could focus on our goal. Despite, over 5 failed offers, LaToya refused to give up and when we signed the papers on our dream home, it felt like a win for the entire team.
