They have been very non-compassionate and not very quick to fix things that needs to be fixed. I had a loss of income and reached out to communicate this with their office. I also asked that they not start the eviction process as I am only TWO WEEKS late. I am a single mother and am having to reach out to organizations for help as well as look for a second job. McCoy Realty was not willing to work with me on this. They slapped an additional $400 for an eviction fee. Not to mention, our roof has been leaking for approximately a week and a half with no mentions of fixing it. The lease states all things are to be fixed in 48 hours, this is false.

My agent and I had to deal with Latesha when trying to purchase one of her properties. It took them four days to respond to the offer (they were waiting for people to see it over the weekend to respond to the hoard of offers they thought they were going to get- they didnt). We finally agreed on a price then we then entered a due diligence phase with the home. I scheduled an inspection and the heat and electric were off so I kept having to push the inspection back in order to accommodate them, so we extended the due diligence period. The house had a lot of problems so we were negotiating - we had to extend the due diligence again. Meanwhile, they were showing the house to other people and never changed the status of it on the MLS or Zillow to show that it was pending. They came back with a decent offer so I wanted to talk to someone to see if it would be worth it to fix the damages myself but only had a few more days in the due diligence. They wouldnt extend the period. They said they had more people interested in it and needed a decision. After wasting all my time for a month of back and forth, they wouldnt give me a few extra days because they had been showing it to others. I honestly wasnt going to write a review, we had a bad experience and I just chalked it up to a bad realtor and broker, but what got under my skin was I saw it had dropped in price but it had never shown the pending status on Zillow. It felt like they were trying to cheat me and now feels like theyre trying to cheat whoever is next. I get wanting to sell the house, but it feels like they werent even willing to respond in a timely manner or do things with integrity.

Finding the right realtor is an important step in finding your forever home. The experience of trying to find my first home on my own was not only overwhelming, but intimidating.
