In fact, I can say that I typically write these as warnings to others against bad service. In this case, however, its the exact opposite. First, Lars was able to help us get our offer accepted on our new home over the 6 other offers. Throughout the process, Lars was very accommodating with our busy schedules and kept in constant communication. She made our process super simple. All the forms/contracts we signed were easy to understand, and she explained everything to us since we have no clue what it takes to buy a home. She was very detailed in providing us a weekly escrow calendar update, keeping us in line with our goal to get things done in a timely manner. She fought real hard for us when the seller became difficult at the end. She was always responsive to all my phone calls, emails, and text messages. As others have noted, Lars is a total pro who knows the ins and outs of the real estate business. We had a very quick escrow (18 days!) and a lot of moving pieces, but Lars made it feel fluid and straight-forward, even for newbies like us.
