I sold a rental property out of this area with a different agent under a 1031 exchange. After receiving the funds I worked with Larry to purchase 3 properties in the Joshua Tree area as rentals. Larry is very professional, organized, knowledgeable, both with local properties; as well as, repair contractors that I needed. Juggling the purchase of all 3 properties at the same time, I had to be very careful which docs went to which property and he kept them all straight. Under a 1031 exchange I only had 45 days to have offers on all 3 properties. Because of home inspections uncovering hidden things or delays in a seller responding to a list of repair items you don't know if a property is going to make it to closing so Larry helped to make sure all 3 properties moved along so I did not lose any of my 1031 exchange funds. He completed all docs accurately and always took my call or returned my call in a very brief time. Larry is a very good agent and I highly recommend him without any hesitation.
