I have 19 years of REO experience and a full support staff specializing in the sales and marketing of REO properties. I started in Real Estate in 1991, prior to that I was part owner of a building and contracting company. During my time as a builder we constructed over 100 homes and did many remodeling jobs. This experience has proved to be very important in my Real Estate/ REO career as I am able to recognize what repairs need to be completed (to maximize sales prices) and I am able to recognize any structural or problematic areas to a home. When I started in REO I began with one client (Fannie Mae) and one property. I quickly turned that into about 20 clients and over 120 sales. As a company we have set ourselves up to handle any task that arises when disposing of an asset. We have a full time bookeeper to handle all the expenditures that accompany the management of a property. To date there has been no amount of expense that has been too high for us too handle, including $25000 septic systems and $40000 oil cleanup. This is a comfort to our clients, as they know they have a solid Real Estate company behind them. I have a vast vendor base to take care of any job that may arise at one of the properties. We pride ourselves on paying the vendors quickly, as this gives them confidence, so when we call them we know they will put us first. We do this even though we know sometimes it takes the client awhile to reimburse us. My goal as your agent is to get you the highest price in the shortest amount of time with as little problems as possible. I handle every property personally as if it were my own, I use my assistant only for clerical work. You can rest assured that if you assign me an asset, it will be personally inspected and monitored by me and me only, I do not refer out any assignments I receive.
