Larry and Kress recently sold my house, during the COIVD epidemic. They gave me an accurate read on the market and what repairs my house would need when we started. They worked with the suppliers and contractors to get the house ready and then handled all of the showings and discussions. Larry gave me frequent updates as to the activity and feedback. Once I received an offer, Larry gave me strong negotiating advice and even saved my bacon when I made a mistake. For first time home buyers like myself, it seems random which real estate agent you end up working with. I'm very glad things worked out in a way that I ended up working with Larry. For one property I was interested in, I was concerned about noise from upstairs neighbors. Because of this, we went to the property several times in the evenings, hoping to be there when the upstairs neighbor was there. I was impressed with Larry's willingness to do this and on short notice (me: "Larry, I'm walking by the property and the upstairs lights are on!!" Larry: "I'll be there in ten minutes").In the end, I had almost given up. I was tired of looking at places within my budget that weren't quite what I wanted, and was about to renew my lease. For the place I ended up getting, Larry invited me to go with him to the broker tour. I knew I liked the place right away! I went after the place aggressively, and closed this past Monday, the day before "shelter in place" started. I'm very glad Larry recommended an aggressive close schedule and had the contacts to schedule all the inspections very quickly. If I had been one day less aggressive, I would be in a weird limbo right now as everything is paused.After talking to other folks who were also looking at properties, I was grateful I was working with Larry. He showed me properties the day, or even before, the property was listed. I think you need this competitive edge to have a chance at getting a place you like.And if you think you are a worrier - don't worry (ha), Larry will tell you the things to worry about that you didn't even think to worry about, and the things you ARE worried about that you can relax about.I highly recommend Larry, at least from a buyer's perspective. If I ever need a real estate agent again, Larry will definitely be the first person I call.
