Larry and his team did an excellent job in selling our home!! Larry is the Retreat Area expert realtor with many years of experience and knowledge. After our house was vacated and cleaned, Larry recommended to stage the house for an additional fee. The stager did an excellent job in showcasing the house with modern furnishings. Because of the staging, we were able to list the house for a higher price. In addition to the staging, Larry coordinated the photos and 3D images of the property. Within a couple of days on the market, there was an offer for the full asking price and a 12 day close of escrow. We first met Larry Gage when we bought our home in Corona back in 2016 as he was the original selling agent for the property. We found Larry to be highly knowledgeable of the area and respectful through our buying process. Even though he was working on behalf of another family, he treated us with the same care and dignity as if we were his own clients. Over the next 7 years as new residents t the area, we would call on Larry numerous times to help us identify service vendors and contractors whenever we wanted to have work done.
