I approached Larry In December 2016 to discuss selling my house on the chain of lakes. Larry suggested we put it on the marked in February.I was surprised he thought February was a good time to list a lake house as February weather is usually not the greatest.We put the house on the market in mid February, we had an offer by mid March and we closed in April.Larry did a great job with the entire process!!
